Ready-Made Products: If you're not completely satisfied with a regular store item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We're happy to help with returns on unused items in their original condition.
Custom Orders: Because custom work is made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable. However, if there's an issue with your order, we'll work with you to make it right!
