We know you're excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it to you quickly!
Orders Placed Before 5:00 PM PST: Will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date.
What This Means: If you order on Monday before 5 PM PST, your order will typically ship out between Wednesday and the following Monday (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom Orders: Custom embroidery and engraving projects may require additional processing time depending on complexity. We'll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Important Note: All quoted timelines are in business days (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
Domestic US Shipping: All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. This reliable service typically delivers within 2-5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Total Delivery Time: Processing (2-5 business days) + Transit (2-5 business days) = Your order typically arrives within 4-10 business days from order date.

You'll Receive:
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after purchase via email
- Shipping Notification: As soon as your shipping label is printed and your order leaves our facility
- Tracking Number: Included in your shipping notification email
Please Note: There may be a delay of up to 1 business day between when you receive the shipping notification email and when the tracking information is updated in the USPS system. This is normal - your package is on its way!
Track Your Order: Visit our Order Tracking Page or use the tracking number provided in your email to check your order status on the USPS website.
Tracking Not Updating? Don't worry! Sometimes USPS tracking updates can be delayed. If it's been more than 2 business days since your shipping notification and tracking hasn't updated, please contact us and we'll look into it.

How to Qualify: Orders totaling $75 USD or more automatically receive FREE standard shipping within the United States.
How It's Calculated:
- Calculated after any discounts or promo codes are applied
- Calculated before taxes
- Applies to the merchandise total only
Example: Your cart total is $80. You have a $10 discount code. Your subtotal is now $70 + taxes. This order would not qualify for free shipping since the total after discount is below $75. But add just $5 more in products and you're covered!
Orders Under $75: Standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We ship to the address you provide and cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Signature Requirements: Most packages do not require a signature. If you won't be home, USPS will typically leave your package in a safe location.
Package Not Received? If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your property (porches, side doors, mailroom)
- Wait 24 hours - sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered slightly early

Damaged Package? If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at support@dezignmine.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue right away.
Currently: We primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis for custom orders.
Interested in International Shipping? Please contact us with your location and order details, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Need to Make Changes? We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order.
Before Shipment: If we haven't shipped your order yet, we may be able to update the address or cancel it. Email us immediately with your order number.
After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. However, you may be able to redirect the package through USPS. Contact us and we'll help guide you through the process.
Custom Orders: Custom embroidery and engraving orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they're made specifically for you.
